_{Just found out Aquis' Japanese name is 'Seadra'. That's kinda funny 'cos it's a Pokémon name as well.}

Simple 'concept art' piece for that thing what Sega are doing over on the Blognik ATM. Finished this in about 5 minutes thanks to my trusty Sonic 2 manual as reference.

It's that seahorse guy that stalked you in Oil Ocean then shot oil bombs or whatever they were at you.

I was gonna colour it in by hand then remembered my scanner sucks so the RGB thing in the bottom is the main colour he's supposed to be. Kinda yellow with a hint of green.
