The Other One

Much overdue pic for *ARTic-Weather as a result of a journal game I did back in July.

Basically this was an idea I had for an extension to this pic -> [link] (hence the name) but never got round to it due to mass procrastination. It was either gonna be Dumbhog in an England shirt or ~TheLifeOfGaston's Henri in a French one. I went with Dumbhog 'cos he needs more love.

_{For those who didn't watch the World Cup the joke is that England and France didn't reach the last eight and the two characters in question were both oblivious to the fact.}
